Registration requires 2 step process. First registering through Rugby Illinois, Second submitting team dues. Step details outlined below.

STEP 1a:
All individual player registrations are through Rugby Illinois: (WINTER CAMP PARTICIPANTS HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THIS STEP)

​You must first create an account with Rugby Illinois / USA Rugby

1. Click Login on top right
2. Enter email address
3. Follow prompts for account setup or recovery.
   1. Previously registered through Sport Lomo / USA Rugby?
      1. Use that email address and the system will locate you. 
   2. "NEW" user?
      • Click "Sign Me Up!"
      • ​​ You will get an automated email, check your spam / junk mail box
        • Headline: Welcome to Rugby Xplorer
        • Open Email > Verify Email Address
        • Create a password > Confirm Password
        • You are now registered and have access to Rugby Xplorer

STEP 1b:
Register through Rugby Xplorer

1. Click Find a Club​ > Select your name (You'll have an ID) > Click Next
2. Enter your club name <see below> Click Next
   1. Youth - "Crystal Lake Lions Rugby"
3. Enter the following information:
   1. ​Role: Player
   2. Registration Type
      1. ​Youth - "Youth & High School"
   3. ​Duration: Season
   4. Click Next > Verify your personal details
   5. Click Next > Add your profile picture
   6. Click Next > Fill in Additional details
   7. Click Next > Fill in emergency contacts
   8. Click Next > Registration Summary​​

Crystal Lake Rugby's registration fee for 2025:

• High School: $200 + 4 hours of service
• U15 / U13: $150 + 4 hours of service
• Rookie Rugby(7-9): $100
