Rugby Illinois/USA Rugby Registration Instructions

STEP 1a:
All individual player registrations are through USA Rugby/Rugby Illinois

​You must first create an account with Rugby Xplorer.

1. Go to https://xplorer.rugby/
2. Click Log in on top right
3. Enter email address
4. Follow prompts for account setup or recovery.
   1. Previously registered through USA Rugby?
      1. Use email address and password.
   2. "NEW" user?
      1. Click "Create Rugby Xplorer Account"
         • ​​ After completion of initial information, you will get an automated email, check your spam / junk mail box
           • Headline: Welcome to Rugby Xplorer
           • Open Email > Verify Email Address
           • Create a password > Confirm Password
           • You are now registered and have access to Rugby Xplorer

STEP 1b:
Register player through Rugby Xplorer

1. Click on "Register" on the left side menu
2. Click Find a Club​ 
   1. ​If have previously registered a player- click on player need to register
   2. If need to add new player- click on "Link a new Person" and complete details. ​
3. Enter your club name <see below> Click Next
   1. Youth - "McHenry County Lions Rugby"
4. Enter the following information:
   1. ​Role: Player
   2. Registration Type
      1. ​Youth - "Youth & High School"
   3. ​Duration: Season
   4. Click Next > Verify your personal details
   5. Click Next > Add your profile picture
   6. Click Next > Fill in Additional details
   7. Click Next > Fill in emergency contacts
   8. Click Next > Registration Summary
