Rookie Rugby

Total cost is $95. You will be charged $80 by the team. The additional $40 is the cost to register through USA Rugby (required to participate).
For Rookie Rugby we maintain a lot of the same core content and fundamentals covered in the Rugby 101 session but build those skills into games more suitable for the age.

Rugby 101

Total cost is $125. You will be charged $80 by the team. The additional $60 is the cost to register through USA Rugby (required to participate).

  • Rucking Fundamentals
  • Formation of a ruck
  • Understanding the ‘Gate’ and offside line
  • Going into contact with the ball, ruck formation, and getting the ball out
  • Review tackling and passing
  • Fun games and Touch Rugby
Week 4
  • Review Passing, Tackling, and rucking.
  • Offence vs Defense
  • Bring together passing, two hand touch tackling, and rucking
  • Fun games and Touch Rugby
Week 5
  • Team scrummages

          • Open Email > Verify Email Address
          • Create a password > Confirm Password
          • You are now registered and have access to Rugby Xplorer
